The time it takes to complete a building project will depend on the size, complexity, and scope of the project. It could take anywhere from a few weeks to several months. When we give you a quotation for a building project, we will give you a work schedule as well with a completion date. You can rest assured we always finish on time.

Make sure any planning permission, permits or party wall agreements are in place before work commences, and that you have informed the neighbours that there will be builders on site. If you’re staying in residence, you’ll need to ensure the area where the work is taking place is cleared. because it can’t be utilised or accessed while we are building.

No, you don’t have to be on site all the time, but it is a good idea to visit frequently so you can keep an eye on progress and ask us any questions that may arise.
